Beating Cancer... My Way!

WELCOME TO

MY STORY

"My journey is proof that there is more than one way to fight cancer."

My name is Barb Moylan, and I am 52 years old. On May 24, 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Triple Positive,

HER2+ Breast Cancer—a highly aggressive and spreadable form of the disease.

As someone who has spent 34 years in the fitness industry, the diagnosis felt like a complete betrayal of my body.

I was devastated, terrified, and overwhelmed by the pressure to immediately begin chemotherapy,

which I was told was my only option.

After deep prayer, meditation, a ton of research and soul-searching, I chose a different path.I decided to forgo chemotherapy and instead pursue an alternative, holistic approach to healing. This decision was not easy, but I believe in my body’s ability to heal itself with the right tools and support.

As a nutrition and gut health coach, I have focused on fueling and healing my body from the inside out.

I am in a constant pursuit of WHY this happened and what is the ROOT CAUSE.

I first did a Methylation Detox Test and a Micronutrient Test, to find out my deficiencies and how efficiently my body was processing toxins. I then immediately did an extended fast and turned to juicing, supplementation, and alternative therapies (see My Treatment for more details). I have and continue to conduct advanced testing to target deficiencies and attack cancer metabolically by understanding how cancer cells survive and how they die.

On July 31, 2024 I got a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, and I was able to shrink one of three tumors in my right breast by 0.2mm and the overall area from 5cm to 3.2cm after 9 weeks of "MY" treatment protocol.

Today, I’m grateful to say there is no evidence of disease detectable by imaging or blood work.

But my fight isn’t over—it will take at least two years to fully rebuild and repair my body on a cellular level.

Every day, I show up and do the work because healing requires commitment, perseverance, discipline, and faith.

I believe in restoring the body, fixing what is broken, and making it stronger so reoccurrence can’t happen.

My journey is proof that there is more than one way to fight cancer. I hope my story inspires others to trust their instincts, explore their options, find the root cause, and believe in the body’s ability to heal.

My Mission

"My mission is to prove that the human body, when given the proper tools, has an

incredible ability to heal itself."

My mission is to live and to prove to myself and anyone else interested, that this can be done.

It is to follow my inner guide, trust my journey, and I believe wholeheartedly that God has a greater plan for me.

I am committed to completing the work it takes to heal myself,

to not just survive but to thrive for many years to come.

But this journey isn’t only about me. I believe I was chosen for this path, and I was supposed to do this, this way.

I believe this diagnosis didn’t happen to me—it happened for me.

It’s my purpose to take what I’ve learned through this experience and use it to impact the lives of thousands of others.

I want to be a pillar of strength, hope, and inspiration for those who feel lost, hopeless, or afraid of what lies ahead.

My mission is to prove that the human body, when given the proper tools, has an incredible ability to heal itself.

I want to show how to get to the root cause of what is making you ill and change it. I want to educate and show that there is another way—a path that does rely on determination, discipline, and the belief in the power of holistic healing.

With enough dedication, anyone can take control of their health and overcome even the most daunting diagnoses.

I am here to share my story with anyone who will listen, to inspire them to live better, be better, and believe in the possibility of a brighter future. My strength, my determination, and my unwavering belief are my light, and I hope that light can guide others out of fear and into the hope of healing.

This is my mission, and it is my promise to live it every single day.

My Treatments

“This approach requires dedication, discipline, and constant learning,

but I am committed to this journey.”

I did not step into this journey blindly.

From the moment of my diagnosis, I committed to educating myself and becoming my own best advocate. I have read countless books, consulted with a wide range of experts—including doctors, nurses, functional practitioners, and functional nurse practitioners—and delved into every PubMed article I could find.

My Treatment is a continuous work in progress. I make constant adjustments based on genetic testing, extensive blood work, and urine analysis to ensure my protocol is tailored to my body’s unique needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My plan is specifically designed for my deficiencies, my imbalances, and what isn’t functioning properly within me. It’s not intended to be a prescription or blueprint for anyone else but rather an example of what’s possible when you listen to your body and take control of your health.

Here is a list of the key components of my treatment and why they’re part of my journey:

The following, PLUS additional medical bills costs me over

$3500/mo above my regular living expenses.

There is MORE involved and a complete list of expenses is available!

Fenbendazole,

Ivermectin, and

Low-Dose Naltrexone

These repurposed drugs have shown promising results in targeting cancer cells metabolically and supporting my immune system.

High-Dose Vitamin C

IV Therapy

Known for its powerful antioxidant properties, Vitamin C supports the immune system and may help weaken cancer cells.

Infrared Sauna &

Red-Light Therapy

Both therapies support detoxification, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall cellular repair.

Specialized Diet & Juicing

My nutrition is centered on whole foods, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and nutrient-dense juices that fuel my body and starve cancer cells.

Rebounding & Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

These help stimulate my lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification and boosting immune function.

The SuperHuman Protocol

This includes PEMF grounding, exercise with oxygen therapy, and red-light therapy to optimize cellular health, energy production and mitochondria repair.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

This increases oxygen levels in the body, promoting healing, reducing inflammation, and creating an environment where cancer cells struggle to thrive.

Extended Fasting

Every 90 Days

Fasting helps reset my metabolism, supports autophagy (cellular cleanup), and deprives cancer cells of glucose, their primary energy source.

Specific and Individualized Supplementation

Based on my testing, I address deficiencies and optimize my body’s healing capacity with carefully selected supplements.

Daily Meditation & Prayer

These practices ground me spiritually, calm my mind, and help me maintain faith, positivity, and focus on my healing.

My treatment evolves as I learn, grow, and respond

to the protocol I’m following.

This approach requires dedication, discipline, and constant learning, but I am committed to this journey. It’s not easy, but I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when it is given the proper tools and support.

My treatment is a testament to taking control of your health, and I share it here to inspire others to explore their own paths to healing.

BARBStrong #1

"A Lifeline in My Journey—$37,582 Raised Through Unwavering Support!"

In the month of July 2024, Nicole K. and Kacey C. from JustLIFT organized a studio fundraiser for me at the (2) JustLIFT locations. Also on September 7th, Susan E. organized a Charity Burn at Orangetheory Delray North and rode in my honor in the Great Cycle Challenge! With these three events and other outside donations we were able to raise $37,582.00.

This was a lifeline for me after both of my surgeries, being out of work for over a month and having massive hospital bills outside of what was covered by insurance. I was able to use the money raised for the above plus it enabled me to pay for my choice of treatment for the last 6 months.

I am forever GRATEFUL for everyone who supported BARBStrong#1, but I need your help again.

If you have donated before and can just share my information with others, that would be greatly appreciated!

My Challenge

“Unfortunately, alternative treatments like the ones

I’ve chosenare not covered by insurance.”

The greatest challenge I face on this journey is, unfortunately, is financial.

If I agreed to the treatment plan of Chemotherapy, Herceptin and Tamoxifen the total estimated cost of treatment:

can range from approximately $103,000 to $146,000 and would have been fully covered by my insurance. (AmericanCancerSociety: TargetedDrugTherapyforBreastCancer)

Instead, I made a different choice—a choice to take the road less traveled,

to approach my diagnosis holistically and metabolically, and to give my body a chance to heal itself.

This path comes with risks, just like any treatment, but also with hope, purpose, and alignment with my values.

Unfortunately, alternative treatments like the ones I’ve chosen are not covered by insurance.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into researching and implementing these protocols, and they are working.

My imaging and bloodwork are clear. I am healing. But without financial support, continuing this journey becomes impossible.

With your support, I can continue to fund the treatments that are keeping me healthy, hopeful, and alive.

Together, we can challenge the status quo, inspire others to explore their options, and show that there is another way.

I have (16) more months to finish what I started and I need --- $63,500 to cover the cost of all the treatments,

medical bills (past and future), supplements, continued testing, missed work from ANOTHER surgery in 2025 and MORE!

Thank you for helping me fight this battle. Thank you for believing in me and my choice.

My Progress

“I am NOT done yet and WE GOT THIS!”

  • IMAGING - CLEAR, Ultrasound and Thermography was done in December 2024 and

both imaging came back with NO SIGN of disease. (see photos below)

  • BLOOD WORK - CLEAR, Tumor markers tested 9/30/24 and 12/20/24 - numbers are way below range and continue to drop!

There is currently NO DETECTION OF DISEASE!!
